[scribus] how to create a black background in a paragraph style

great thought, I cant' get it to work for me for two reasons with my
scenario. first one is the color, I don't think you can separate your font
color from your underline color so you are unable to see your text. And
secondly,in my case, which isn't a huge deal but the underline doesnt take
up the whole width of the column, it only underlines the text.

That is a great thought though and possibly someone a little more skilled
than myself in scribus could make that concept work?
