Those not wishing to chase versions can use the stable version of
Scribus. We want the newest features, and as soon as 4.6 comes out, we
will likely move to that very soon for OSX Snow Leopard compatibility.
Mind you, I did get a Cocoa Qt 4.5.2 version of 1.5.0svn to build and
run today.
