[scribus] Manual tab positions - how?

Hi.

Sometimes I need to use tabs without using styles.
So I enter the following into a text frame

Name<tab>Age<tab>Gender<enter>
Joe<tab>23<tab>M

Now I need to set tab positions withour using styles to align columns.
When I select the text and click on ruler, the tab position is defined 
and can be moved. Its ok.
But this is only LEFT-aligned tab.
How to make it right-aligned, dot-aligned etc?

Also, is it possible to copy these tab settings to other paragraph(s)?
