[scribus] Using .xml or a script with Scribus

Maybe there is a scribus import filter for omegaT ?
(this is an opensource translation tool that allows for such 'in file' 
translation I know it works with Openffice, didn't test it with scribus. 
It's possible to develop i/o filters for it, though, so it definitely 
could be an option.)
