[scribus] bleed with cut-off

Thanks Greg & Owen, it works now. When saving as PDF something like 'cut to
printer margins' (I use the Dutch version) was selected. Unselecting it and
following your steps gave the result I need.

It should work. This is a demonstration bookmark 150 pts wide (A4 high)

1. draw your image frame bigger than the page. See
http://members.pcug.org.au/~rcook/scribus/00imageframe.png

2. Save as PDF with crop marks like in
http://members.pcug.org.au/~rcook/scribus/00Save_as_PDF.png

3. The resulting pdf should be the whole image with the crop marks at
the page size (150 pts wide and A4 in height). See
http://members.pcug.org.au/~rcook/scribus/00_PDF.png

You wouldn't do it this way, but hopefully you get the idea
