the problem is, that proposition on the mailing list can't be retained
by the devs.
posting a bug report won't be much more than copy pasting the content of
your mails into bugs.scribus.net...
you've put much energy in the proposals you've made... it would be sad
if they get lost*!
(the biggest step, is to ask for an account...)

use it and make your friends use it!
the devs assume you will use the PP beacause it *is* the core, the
control center of scribus.
if you don't use it, you will miss most of the scribus functionalities
(and it's just a F2 away...)
however, you're making very good suggestions and i hope that they will
* since the proposition are well formulated and interesting, i may put
them in the bug reporting system myself... but not before this evening...
