[scribus] Tried to add Scribus to repository, Ubuntu 9.04

I pasted the (corrected) lines in Synaptic... the above error message is 
what I get from my update manager... 
No v. 1.3.5RC1 shows up in Synaptic. Any ideas?

P.s., is it possible that I do not have a proper Intrepid link (or other 
link) added to the repository file?
