[scribus] Retrieving errant text frame

OK, it just happened again. This time it was a PS vector graphic that I
placed on the pasteboard intending to tweak it before putting it in a
text frame. The minute I clicked to place it, it just disappeared in a
poof of photons. 

However, this time Preflight Verifier is not doing so well. It finds
it, which appears to be at the end of the document (because that's
where I am taken to when I click on it in Preflight Verifier), but it
does not appear. I can't select it to delete or move it. 

To continue working I will just import it again. But eventually I need
to get rid of the graphic. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to
locate it and delete it?
