I filed: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=490890 so it wont happen
As well, you should upgrade your Scribus package from here:
There are both 1.3.5svn snapshots and 18.104.22.168svn snapshots available.
22.214.171.124svn only has bugfixes to the current stable release.
