[scribus] scribus as pasteup device

It is as you say. I'm in 1.3.3.12 on a Window XP machine. I haven't tried it
yet in 1.3.5 on my Vista machine at home as I just installed it last
evening.
Sidenote: I haven't gone in and fiddled with the keyboard shortcuts so I
hope I can fix or reset the Ctrl-Z to Undo instead of open the Story Editor.
