Hi Alison,

Your have an imposition problem.

There is no imposition module in Scribus.

Take a look at Adobe Reader (ver 8 or above), it integrate a basic imposition module.
Create a PDF in scribus without changing anything.
In Reader print as booklet  (en livret in french) using your final format (11" x 17" landscape) paper.
Don' forget to print pages 4 by 4.
So, if your newsletter have 16 pages:
Then print recto verso pages:
1 - 2 ; 15 - 16
3 - 4 ; 13 - 14
5 - 6 ; 11 - 12
7 - 8 ; 9 - 10
