[scribus] line spacing

Hi. That sounds like a bug, certainly. Maybe Scribus has issues with
running on Vista? I dunno.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest possible version of the
Scribus 1.3.3.x branch (1.3.3.14? 15? not sure)
