[scribus] Formatting text automatically

Use OpenOffice Writer instead of Word for this. Scribus works much
better with OpenOffice.
You don't have to retype everything though. Just install OOo and open
the Word doc using OOo Writer. Use Writer's Styles to lay out the doc.
But more precise guidelines, I don't have.
