[scribus] SVG and text wrap

Thank you for your response.  I thought about the (empty frame +
superimposition) approach, but I wanted to check first to see if my
conclusion about text wrap was correct.

I will experiment with the "ungroup" method, and with the unexpected
resizing, to see if I can learn anything additional.
