it depends a bit on what you need...

the two big changes i am aware of are:
- eps/ps as vectors *in* picture frames
- fixed a nasty bug in the glyph detection (happens only with few fonts)

imho, if you use the svn version you should keep it always up to date while
you are not running a project (and, well, you are not supposed to run a
project under 135svn :-) and no update while running a project. the only
exception is, when you report a bug which matters in your project: then i
would make a copy of the current binary and install an update to check if
the new version fits better.
