I think that's good, Alex. At some point, you hope that people can sense 
that if you submit a question like, "I installed Scribus and it 
exploded!" it's going to be more than a one-off question and will 
require some back and forth communication.
In the end, we may decide that the link from the site doesn't work so 
well and people need to submit a question to the list.  It also helps 
other users locate these questions -- we seem to have 2 Mac users who 
start up the program right now and it won't start up a document.
