Yessir. Version 1.3.5 can read anything back to the Scribus "Dark Ages" 
-- it's why you see these import plugins when Scribus compiles.

As we've said many times, this is unidirectional -- once you save in 
1.3.5 format, you won't be able to load into older versions of Scribus.
