Hi Dan, your "making of" story is just what the doctor ordered, I
believe that one such detailed "true to life" article as yours has more
convincing, encouraging power for potential open source users than many
 tutorials based on sample tuition material. In particular, when there
are money at stake, deadlines to be met, and other such essential
things. And your report is not only a good, easy understandable read, it
is very good in addressing exactly those fears, e.g. when you describe
your experience with printers in the first part. And I like your
conclusion very much, you truly know how to share and give back to the
community:)
