[Scribus] How to place text in a box

Simplest way is to use use the properties box. This includes options for
shapes, lines, fill, etc. This is easier than drawing a box around (though
I've done both), then continue your text in a new frame without the box.
I'm using WinXP, and I don't know if the other systems conform
