When I mix Greek and/or Hebrew into a normal (English, in my case)
paragraph, I simply use a Greek or Hebrew font, and type the characters
in with my English keyboard. I'm sure the same method could be extended
to a short paragraph of pure Hebrew or Greek as well (though I wouldn't
try for long passages).
