ODT has been an ISO standard for text documents for a while. More and
more applications support it, almost any of the free ones do, and most
of the commercial office applications do. If there is a commercial
vendor deciding not to support the standard, but the rather limited rtf
format instead, than maybe this vendor could develop the missing import
filter for scribus? Would be easy, scribus is open source and would
certainly include such contributions.
