[scribus] Multiple copies of Scribus Open

Perhaps there are 2, maybe 3 things that could be done:

1. either warning you if you wish to open a file already open, or simply 
go to that window in Scribus
2a. warning you if you want to start another instance of Scribus
2b. starting another instance, but modifying the Title bar so it shows, 
eg, "Scribus 1.3.3.12svn <2>" - à la emacs
3. keeping the last saved SLA file of a particular name in memory (or 
maybe just its timestamp), so that before Scribus saves a new 
modification, it compares the last saved to the one on disk. I presume 
this is what emacs does. Once the file is closed, then these can be 
deleted (memory freed up), since they no longer have meaning.

I'm trying to refine what the RFE might look like or ask for.
