[Scribus] Import an EPS from Sibelius, having major problems!

As Sibelius is kind of a specialist application, I've not seen others 
use it for EPS export. That said, a sample EPS which is causing the 
problems attached to a bug report at http://bugs.scribus.net is a 
good start. 

We have lots of tools to see what might be problematic in the EPS.
