And importantly, please remember if using Scribus 1.3.x, sometimes the roads 
are not all straight and some things may just have to be a little different 
in one or two versions until the final underlying support is there for the 
best user front end. Also, just because as decision is made does not mean it 
can't be reversed or modified.
