Yes, we've seen it. The possibility to use Qt4 / Arthur has been in the back
of our minds
for some time. Note that this is just one test; Scribus's rendering profile
might give 
different results. Also Qt 4.3 isn't released yet and Cairo is also still
developing.
It will be interesting to compare both when Qt 4.3 / Cairo 1.2.5 are
released.

We will probably put in an Arthur rendering frontend,  so we can compare it
directly
against the Cairo frontend. Expect it for 1.3.5.
