New Doc
Insert 3 frames
Choose the TOC destination frame (in your head)
File->Doc Setup
	Document Item Attributes
		Add
Type "TOC" in Name field of new row, tab away. (Can be any name)
	Tables of Contents and Indexes
		Add
Select Item Attribute Name from the list, TOC should be there.
Select destination frame from the list (Text1 in my case)
Select Text2, right click, Attributes
	Add
Select TOC from dropdown or type it in
Enter "My TOC Text 1" in the Value column
Select Text3, right click, Attributes
	Add
Select TOC from dropdown or type it in
Enter "My TOC Text 2" in the Value column

Extras->Generate TOC. Re run this when it needs updating.

Done.

Other options are:
1) Creating a style and setting this in the Paragraph Style area in Doc Setup,
TOC.
2) In Doc Setup, you can set, in the last column, "Auto Add To" to "Text
Frames" so all new text frames will automatically get a TOC entry. Then you
just have to enter the Value as above.
