[Scribus] Question: Bug reporting for win32

Hello all:

I was just taking the latest build for win32 out for a test drive and 
believe I've found a bug. I then went to file it, but wasn't sure which 
category to file it under.

The situation is basically that a line shape will not print within a 
certain normal region of the page, while in other regions it will.

So I was going to file it under the category for "shape drawing", but 
also noticed a category for "win32".

My question then is there a preference for all bugs with the win32 to be 
filed under the blanket category win32?
