[Scribus] What is needed for compiling Scribus ?

That is the way of things. I'd love to see Qt 3.x and 4 on OS/2 too however 
until they are, Scribus has no chance of running. Feel free to get Qt3 and 4 
running on BeOS and we could somehow support it then.
