It is, and it would be. Getting the basics going probably wouldn't be
too bad though. I'll put "write a UNO Scribus plugin hello world" on my
TODO list - but I doubt I'll get to it anytime soon.

I'd expect this to be WAY more complex and nastier than talking to OO.o
over UNO, but for the project you mentioned below.
