On the website you pointed me to, I have found these packages  but i don't 
know which one is the right one for download.

libqt3c102-mt-ibase_3.3.3-5ubuntu2_i386.deb
libqt3c102-mt-odbc_3.2.3-4ubuntu1_i386.deb
libqt3c102-mt-odbc_3.3.3-7ubuntu1_i386.deb
libqt3c102-mt-sqlite_3.3.3-7ubuntu1_i386.deb

Please, point me to the right package.
