[Scribus] updating scribus

oh that's right - the freetype upgrade. i'm still using FC1 (yeah yeah i
know - i'll be switching to FC3 this summer i think) so i'm still using
freetype-2.1.4-5 i believe i'm correct that the latest version won't
work with that release.
