I think the answer is just what Craig is doing -- restricting editing 
access. The main question is what criteria can be used to "screen" 
potential future editors. I don't know if there is a way to, as a matter 
of sort of a "probation", being able to pull up all new edits from 
someone by name, so that you don't have to search all the various pages.
Also, if someone is wanting editing access yet is not on Scribus-list, 
it's rather suspicious.
