[Scribus] Problem between 1.3.2 OS X and 1.2.1 Linux

1.3.2cvs can open all previous formats. 1.3.1 *might* miss some things from a 
1.3.2 file, unsure. 1.3.3 will be able to open all previous formats.. etc.

There are *some* layout changes coming that will require some slight 
reformatting that we probably cannot do programmatically.
