[Scribus] Absolute newbie: typographical symbols

Well, if it is commercially reproduced, even black and white, your printer 
will be happy ;0

In the story editor, there is the ability to "Insert Special" . This will give 
you access to accents, including bullets and other special charachters.  
provided the fonts have the glyphs.
