[Scribus] Comparing 1.1.7 to 1.2CVS

Hey:
Am I missing something or did I do something wrong.
Last night (Sat.) I uploaded the CVS Scribus 1.2, after compilation I 
noticed a major difference between 1.1.7 and 1.2CVS regarding the Color 
for a "frame".

In 1.17 there is a "position" adjustment with guides but in 1.2 it is 
still the same "1 and 2 color radio buttons". Is this correct or did my 
compilation revert to an old 1.2CVS ?

BTW, a colored box I made with 1.1.7 does NOT read the same with the 
newly compiled 1.2CVS.
