[Scribus] CVS build failures with --enable-debug

This behaviour is due too the fact that the --enable-debug option  tell
gcc to ber padantic. This make that some warnings will be considered as
error.

The simplest way to compile with debuggin ist to call configure as
follow:

env CFLAGS='-O0 -g' CXXFLAGS='-O0 -g' LDFLAGS=-g ./configure

-O0 is minus + letter O + number 0 !
