[Scribus] The "W" Word

There is currently a port for Windows in the offing (it's really time
dependant on myself as I'm doing the port!). We already have a Mac port
(well, instructions and people working on it) and I know that there is a
Solaris version (Sun) as well as versions on IA64 and A128 bit
processors.
