[Scribus] scribus in spanish

In Scribus you only choose 2 languages:
-The GUI language (languages of the menus)
-The hyphenation language (default for docs, for the doc and also possible per
frame)
Neither of these affect the possiblity to type in a ? or other accented
characters. This is up to your system.
