[Scribus] Can't import formatted text with "official" Debian package

Yes, I can confirm.

1. Open new document.
2. Add text box.
3. Choose Import... Get Text from the File menu. Same dialog you 
describe.
4. Select filename.html, OK.
5. Importer dialog appears with nothing available in the dropdown list.
6. Click OK, Scribus crashes due to Signal #11.
