[Scribus] French Translation (not only)

Hi Craig,
many thanks for your response, it's exactly what I
hoped for. As for myself, I sent my updated Polish
.ts/.qm files to Franz yesterday.

P.S. To my French colleagues: if you are confused
about how to migrate from PO to TS file, I can do it
for you, so that you have a clean French TS file to
start with (please contact me off-list, if needed).
BTW, you can generate a QM file directly from QT
Linquist, this tool is really self explanatory.
