[Scribus] Scribus CVS - no cups

cupsd is running.
the lines in configure.in are exactly the ones above.
AC_CHECK_LIB(cups, httpConnect, [LIBCUPS="-lcups -lssl";hacups=yes],
Is that what it should be? Still no cups.
