cupsd is running.

the lines in configure.in are exactly the ones above.
LIBCUPS=""
hacups=
AC_CHECK_LIB(cups, httpConnect, [LIBCUPS="-lcups -lssl";hacups=yes],
[LIBCUPS="";hacups=no],[-lssl])
AC_SUBST(LIBCUPS)

Is that what it should be? Still no cups.
