[Scribus] Czech/Brazilian/Portuguese Quotation and a newbie question

Hi Celio

When I run scribus by
scribus --lang br
it runs perfectly, although there are some characters used in menus and
dialog boxes that get replaced by squares. I guess they have accents.
How did you make and install yours?
