[Scribus] latin 7

Hi Markus,
I experience exactly the same problems with latin 2 (please have a look
at my mails on ISO 8859-2). It looks like latin 1 was  fix built-in into
Scribus - at least as far as typing in a text field and saving a 
document are concerned.
