[scribus-dev] Scribus requires Qt 5.14 in SVN

Hi Maria

No sorry, we’re firmly in Qt 514 territory now. We need to keep moving forward and Ubuntu needs to move forward too. There are no risks or troubles. Ubuntu is just behind and should have already been on a later version of Qt sooner. Even 20.10 doesn’t have 5.15 which is just poor. We’d have moved to 5.15 if it wasn’t for 20.10. Users of Scribus should be advised to move to 20.10.
