Hi,
I noticed that the required Qt version was bumped to 5.14, from 5.11,
right after the 1.5.6 release.

On IRC a-l-e told me that this was done to avoid some "warnings", but
clearly I imagine there are also some other features that are keen on
using as well.
However, I'd like to ask if you could stick to Qt 5.12, which is the
version available in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. There are plenty of people
asking for an updated scribus on Ubuntu 20.04, but requiring a newer Qt
brings all kinds of risks and troubles¹.
Thanks for your understanding!
Mattia
¹ I'd either need to import a newer Qt into the PPA, and therefore
having people install those libraries as well, surely leading to some
kind of conflict, or figure a way to statically link scribus against Qt
(is that even possible with the current build system?). Either way,
they both carry their own risk from my POV.
