[scribus-dev] problems with 1.5.x

I think that you can tell the poppler version that cmake took by going to
the top level build directory and running
  grep POPPLER_VERSION CMakeCache.txt
Your installed packages show that you have Fedora 27. With Fedora 29 about
to be released, Fedora 27 is almost at end of life. I did an in-place
update from 27 to 28 about a month ago without any problems.
