A problem that I have with this bug is that I don't understand why
someone would do this sequence of actions. What would be the goal?
Perhaps the answer to this bug is for the user to click Undo a number of
times to get back to some previous state, then start again.
If you Adjust Image to Frame, then want to adjust the X-Pos, Y-Pos of
the image in the frame, you have to undo Adjust Image to Frame and
switch to Free Scaling.
