I've started a wiki page:

mostly just to try to get something going on this topic. I want to see
if Alex will create a new category, so that we can end up with an
automatic index for pages about this sort of this. I might turn out that
it would benefit from moving to another site like gui.scribus.net, as
Louis suggests (though I don't know if all of this is always about the
GUI), but at first I don't personally like the added complexity, maybe
better to wait until there is some significant content first.
So perhaps the category might be something like 'User-Developer
Interaction', then each page could add the appropriate tag at the top.
