[scribus-dev] Interface improvments

Given the code-commando we have, I would suggest we try to make the actual
GUI better — there is room for improvement — but within the actual look and
feel. It's already a challenge. Plus, we have been putting a certain amount
of time in the PP already and there is still work to be done.
