I would suggest that A can be handled via applications like Jungledisk 
right now - though I suspect the idea to handle it natively isn't bad, 
but I don't know if there is a cloud agnostic api for that at this time.

Might be a fun side project. libcurl plus some logic should be enough 
top pull it off. I'll see what I can do.

I am inclined to think C would be a great deal more difficult because 
that requires some rethinking of how documents are assembled. Something 
akin to the way Quark's workflow system worked?  I dunno.
